All reverse circulation drilling tools adopt a dual-wall circulation system combined with a reliable sealing structure. Drill cuttings, rock chips and gravel samples are transported directly through the inner tube to the surface collection system without contamination. Sample recovery rate: ≥98% with minimal sample loss and dilution, suitable for geological exploration and environmental sampling requiring high data reliability

How is pipe blockage handled during drilling? Are RC drill bit wear parts easy to replace?

RC drill bits are designed with large-volume cuttings passages to maintain smooth circulation. In case of blockage, reverse blowing or flushing can be applied to quickly restore drilling efficiency. Wear parts such as carbide inserts and protection plates are modular and field-replaceable. The drill bit is designed with quick disassembly and replacement to reduce downtime, designed for continuous operation in abrasive and mixed formations.
