The rear surface of the sliding blocks is designed with guiding geometry, providing effective guidance during pull-out and enabling smooth and easy retrieval.
The sliding blocks are designed with a large inclined angle in the rotation direction, improving overall drilling stability.
The casing coupling is manufactured from higher-grade material than the casing itself and subjected to heat treatment, ensuring reliable and secure connections.
The casing shoe is heat-treated to significantly extend service life.
Both the sliding blocks and locking system are reinforced, delivering excellent overall mechanical performance.

When large borehole diameters are required, conventional drilling tools are often unable to meet design and operational requirements.
In foundation piling projects, formations are often hard and complex, with karst cavities and varying rock hardness at different orientations.
For large-diameter drilling under such conditions, sliding block casing systems become the preferred casing solution, offering lower operating costs compared to concentric casing systems.

What are the advantages of sliding block casing drilling systems?

The entire bottom face is equipped with carbide inserts, greatly enhancing primary rock-breaking capability. The extended sliding blocks are also fully fitted with carbide inserts, ensuring thorough rock fragmentation along the borehole wall, resulting in relatively high penetration rates.
